At Constant Studios LLC, every project follows a straightforward, collaborative workflow designed to clarify expectations and maintain design integrity from start to finish.

1. Initial Conversation

We begin with a discussion about your project — reviewing drawings, inspiration, functional needs, materials, and overall vision. This helps us understand scope, complexity, and any technical considerations.

2. Quote & Schedule

After gathering the initial information, Constant Studios provides a detailed quote along with an estimated schedule for shop drawings, fabrication, and installation.
If the proposal aligns with your expectations, we move confidently into the next phase.

3. Shop Drawings & Material Samples

Once the quote is approved, we develop comprehensive shop drawings and provide material samples as needed. This stage ensures every detail is confirmed before a single part is built.
We collaborate closely with designers, brand teams, and homeowners to finalize proportions, materials, joinery, and finishes.

4. Fabrication

With drawings and materials approved, fabrication begins in our Bend, Oregon studio. Each component is crafted with precision, care, and the architectural-level attention to detail that defines Constant Studios.

5. Delivery & Installation

After fabrication is complete, we coordinate delivery or on-site installation depending on the project. For built-ins and architectural millwork, we provide installation support to ensure a clean, seamless final fit. For furniture, we are happy to ship nationwide and provide white-glove delivery.
